Crl.O.P.[MD]No.8239 of 2020 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the third respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.257/2020, dated 28.07.2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
