This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the accused on the complaint dated 18.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 18.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 19.04.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
