ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to return the petitioner's passport. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police have already handed over the passport to the wife of the petitioner on 17.10.2018. The letter, through which the passport was received by the petitioner's wife is also filed before this Court.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
