ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to amend the offences in anticipatory bail petition and order in Crl.OP(MD).5623 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 as 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 21(1) & 21(2) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 instead of Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Amendment Petition is ordered and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5623 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.
