O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 01.03.2016 as a crime as against the said accused and there upon conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report before the Court concerned within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. For the same set of facts, initially the petitioner has given a complaint in C.S.R.No.88 of 2016 and the same was closed on 29.02.2016 and a copy of the closure report has been served on the learned Counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Again the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 01.03.2016. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
