ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2224 of 2025, dated 04.02.2025.

2. Mr.S.Vikram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. He further submits that the petitioner is in advanced stage of pregnancy.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent Police submitted that though the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly without any violation, in view of the offence involved in this case is under the NDPS Act, he prays for a modification of the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2224 of 2025, dated 04.02.2025. is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
