This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint dated 14.03.2016 sent through post on 17.03.2016 and take action as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 14.03.2016, it is seen that it essentially appears to be a money dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party and in order to give criminal colour, it is submitted that the opposite party abused the petitioner. be given to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016.
