ORDER
Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal petition preferred by him on 03.01.2014 in respect of patta proceedings.
3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, direct the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AS).
