ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail registered in Crime No.82 of 2021 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C.,. @ 306 IPC.,

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused tested COVID +ve.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit after verification that the petitioner was admitted in Government Hospital and after treatment he was sent back to the prison and his health condition is good. 5. Considering the nature and seriousness of the offence alleged and that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
