ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl MP(MD) No.1156 of 2026 in Crl OP.(MD). No.19536 of 2025 dated 23.01.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition without fail and also the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month, for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
