*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that a Marriage Hall was constructed in Survey No.218/54, Kuppanampatti Village and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to restrain the third respondent from constructing a Marriage Hall in Survey No.210/10.

3. The third respondent now constructed the Marriage Hall in Survey No.218/54, Kuppanampatti Village.

4. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
