Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 01.03.2016 which was forwarded to him by the first respondent subsequently as a crime as against the said accused and there upon conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report before the Court concerned within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 01.03.2016 which was forwarded to him by the first respondent subsequently as a crime as against the said accused and there upon conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report before the Court concerned within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 11.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.04.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
