ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The contentions of the petitioner is that this Court passed an order dated 25.10.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18987 of 2018 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh and fifty Thousand only) to the credit in Crime No.775 of 2016. He received the order copy on 26.10.2018. Immediately, the same has been send to the lower court counsel for executing sureties. At that time only, he came to know about the condition of deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-.

3.The counsel for the petitioner now represents that he would make a representation to the Registry to list the matter before the concerned Judge, who passed the order.

4.In view of the same, the Registry is directed to list the matter before the concerned Judge after getting necessary approval from the Hon'ble Administrative Judge through video conferencing. sd/- 12/11/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
