************ [Order of the Court was made by V.M.VELUMANI, J.] Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side), represented that the petitioner's daughter, who is the detenue aged about one month was taken away by the fifth respondent and later handed over to the third respondent. He further submitted that the second respondent secured the child from the third respondent and now, the child is handed over to the petitioner, who is the mother of the child.
2.Recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
