Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 406, 418 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.633 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first and second petitioners are husband and wife. The defacto complainant is the elder sister of the first petitioner. In the meanwhile, the defacto complainant's husband died due to illness. The first petitioner approached the defacto complainant to lease her property for Rs.7,00,000/-.

In the meanwhile, the defacto complainant's get her husband PF amount, later the first petitioner asked her to give a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to purchase a house. After receiving the amount, there was some dispute arose between the petitioners and the defacto complainant regarding the immovable property and 15 sovereigns of gold. Due to the dispute, the petitioners have not repaid any amount. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
