ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's husband passed away. His death was also duly registered. But in the death certificate, the date of death was mentioned as 07.06.2022. Actually, he passed away on 21.06.2022. The petitioner therefore seeks correction.

3.The petitioner's request is reasonable. The respondent is directed to issue revised certificate after making correction in the actual date of death. The respondent will such a certificate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
