When the Second Appeal was taken up for hearing on 21.02.2024, the learned counsel for the appellants reported 'no instructions' for the appellants and therefore this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants and posted the case on 28.02.2024. On 28.02.2024, when the case was taken, there was no representation for the appellants and hence the case was directed to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today (01.03.2024), there is no representation for the appellants. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
