ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in respect of the subject matter land, referred to in the writ petition.

2.According to the petitioner, the subject matter of the land was already assigned to them long ago, however, patta has not been issued.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 23.03.2015 seeking for grant of patta. Therefore, it is for the third respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, as this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the merits and claim made by the petitioner in respect of patta.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
