ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Woman Harassment Act, in Crime No.621 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are husband and wife. Due to family dispute, the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant by hands and also abused her with filthy language. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no one sustained injury in this case.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and on his executing a bond for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Mahila Court concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Mahila Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
