Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 3586 sq.ft comprised in Survey No.188/2 situated at Velampatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District and demarcate the same by laying survey stone after giving opportunity to all parties concerned by considering petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to survey the land referred to in the writ petition. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 01.10.2014 seeking for the very same relief and the said representation is still pending. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also by hearing the second respondent after giving due notice to him. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed accordingly. No costs.
