Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.PON RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14600 of 2018, dated 01.10.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the petition is ordered subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.26 of 2018, as already directed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14600 of 2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
