ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the first respondent/Block Development Officer, Thirupparankundram, Madurai District, to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3698/2022/Thi.4, which had been given by the petitioner for regularization of Plot No.4, at Survey No.62/7C2B at Viraganoor village, Thirupparankundram Panchayat Union, Madurai District. The petitioner had given a representation on 07.03.2023.

2.A direction is given to the first respondent to examine the representation given by the petitioner, issue notice to anybody who has interest in the property and those who have raised objection for regularization. The first respondent must endeavour to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is stands disposed. No costs.
