ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 28.03.2024, in W.P(MD)No.7913 of 2024 by 1/4
the respondent.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.7913 of 2024, dated 28.03.2024, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2023, is complied with. He further submitted that he is only a forwarding authority and he had duly considered the petitioner's representation and forwarded the same before the Secretary to the Government, Home Department and the same is pending before the Secretary for further action. 3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to reopen the same, if the Secretary did not pass appropriate order in the petitioner's representation.
