Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16968 of 2018, dated 27.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition from 06.10.2018 to till date.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly twice, i.e every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
