ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks loan from his provident fund account. The petitioner states that on account of non disbursement of the loan amount, his son's marriage had got deferred.
3. The respondents are directed to sanction and disburse the loan amount to which the petitioner is eligible and entitled to. This shall be done forthwith and without any delay.
