RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 16183/2018 dated 10.09.2018 for surrendering of the accused before the court concerned Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.R.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16183 of 2018, dated 10.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than 10 days to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate by the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) each, in total Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the credit of Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
