ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.From a reading of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, one can come to the conclusion that the petitioner stood as guarantor for one Andalrenganayaki. The said borrower had passed away. Therefore, the creditor has filed a civil suit for recovery of the borrowed amount. The petitioner apprehends that her property may be brought to sale. These are consequences that are clearly foreseeable. The petitioner has to necessarily contest the suit proceeding and save her property or she must clear the liability. W.P(MD)No.8997 of 2022 The very of filing of the writ petition is an abuse of legal process. It stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
