O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.10.2015 and the receipt No.531/2015 dated 10.12.2015 on the file of the respondent herein and to investigate to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 11.10.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.12.2015 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
