This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the interest amount for the belated provident fund from 01.04.2010 to the date of disbursement to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation, dated 14.09.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents fairly submitted that the interest due to the petitioner on the provident fund would be paid within a period of three months.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, three months time is granted to pay the interest to the petitioner, on the amount due towards said Provident Fund.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
