O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 11.05.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within the specified period as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 11.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
