Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KALAISELVI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamilnadu(Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 19.04.2021 to 31.05.2021.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was complying with the conditions from 19.04.2021 to 31.05.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a sole bread winner of the family and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
