:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Transfer Order in FSE1/127499/2015, dated 29.10.2015 issued by the first respondent and relieving order of the second respondent in Se.Mu.A.No.A3/10970/15 dated 02.11.2015 issued to the petitioner and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to work as Assistant Agricultural Officer in the office of the fourth respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 18.11.2016, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "The Petitioner in the above Writ Petition is not interested to pursue the above matter any further. Hence, I humbly request your good office to post the above Writ Petition before the Hon'ble Court Under the Caption "For Withdrawal"at the earliest."
