This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to execute Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai STC No.15/2023 on 16.10.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent Police has verified the address shown in the complaint and found that the fourth respondent has sold the property and left the place. His whereabouts is not known.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to identify the current address of the fourth respondent and inform the same to the respondent Police.
