ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.66 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 66 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar on 28.02.2020, but not yet taken on file.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
