Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to remove the wrong entry made in Town survey register pertains to T.S.No.66, ward BQ, Block 5, Palayamkottai Taluk, V.M. Chathiram village, Tirunelveli District.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 29.04.2015 seeking for making such correction. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation will be considered after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law by hearing all the parties concerned within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
