ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 08.03.2024 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.66 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of five bags of river sand.
