II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 343 and 506(ii) I.P.C, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.111 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 30.06.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them.
