ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 16.03.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 16.03.2016 by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 31.03.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner across the Bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
