PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no. 31 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4, who were arrested on 15.04.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 307, 506(ii) of IPC @ 294 (b), 323, 506(ii) and 302 of IPC in Crime No.31 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. This is the second bail petition and the earlier bail was dismissed by this Court on 12.05.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 6597 of 2021.

3. It is seen from the submissions made that it is a case in counter and the counter case has been registered in Crime No.30 of 2021. Further in this case A3 attacked the deceased with knife on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.7215 of 2021 his head and the investigation is still in the preliminary stage.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
