The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the 1/4

case on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, in H.M.O.P.No.285 of 2023 and transfer the same to the Family Court, Dindigul.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that divorce was granted in H.M.O.P.No.285 of 2023 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
