ORDER

Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. 2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to approve the petitioner's house plan for the construction of the new house in Survey No.91/3 at Palavoor village, Part II, Chidhambarapuram Jocobpuram Panchayat, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he made a request for approving the plan for construction of the house as early as on 14.09.2015, the same is yet to be considered. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
