ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to make necessary enquiry against the fifth respondent based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and disposed of by the official respondents as early as 27.10.2015 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said factum of the learned Additional Government Pleader. 4.

In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
