ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in respect of the classification dispute of a particular land in Na.ka.A6/2320/2014. 2.It is stated that the fourth respondent has also filed objections and though the first respondent has to pass the final orders, it is yet to be passed.

3.Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to pass final orders in the proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.ka.A6/2320/2014 on merits and in accordance with law by hearing the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
