Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint given by one Lakhsmi against these petitioners-, the respondent police conducted an enquiry in CSR No.42 of 2016 and the same has been closed on 26.03.2016.
