PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer of the complaint dated 20.07.2020 from the file of the first respondent to the file of second respondent with the direction to complete the enquiry within the period that may be stipulated by this Court .

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the complaint, dated 20.07.2020 from the file of the first respondent to the file of the second respondent with direction to complete the enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having land within the area, in which the first respondent is having jurisdiction. In the said land, the neighbouring owners continuously made disturbances and attempt to cause interference. In respect of the same, the petitioner herein already lodged so many complaints before the respondent police and all are ended in vein. Now lastly, on 20.07.2020, he lodged one 1/3

another complaint before the first respondent police and the same was pending without any action and hence, prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition may be granted in favour of the petitioner.

3.Mr.S.Chandrasker, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that immediately on receipt of the complaint, dated 20.07.2020, given by the petitioner, the first respondent herein initiated investigation in CSR No.301 of 2020, for which the petitioner has not appeared before him.

4.Upon considering the arguments advanced by either side, the documents produced by the petitioner reveals the fact that he is continuously having problem with the neighbouring land owner. Therefore, disposing the petition given by the petitioner, is a only soltuion to redress his grievance. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.301 of 2020, dated 20.07.2020, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Further, the Inspector of Police, Manachanallur Police Station is directed to monitor the said enquiry. 5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
