ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 10.08.2015, wherein and whereby he seeks for issuance of separate patta in respect of 9 acres and 34 cents in S.Nos.174A/1B1 in Boodharayanallur village, Boodhalur Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation is yet to be considered. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the writ petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AS).
