PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 379/2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 herein were arrested on 22.07.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 392,397 and 506(ii) of IPC.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused who is brother waylaid the defacto complainant and demanded Rs.1000/-, when he refused to give the same the petitioner herein by showing knife has taken Rs.500/- from the pocket of the defacto complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioner along with other accused who are his brothers waylaid the defacto complainant and demanded Rs.1000/-, when he refused to give the same the petitioner herein by showing knife has taken Rs.500/- from the pocket of the defacto complainant. He would also submit that another case of similar nature is pending against the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the occurrence has taken place in the public road in a broad day light before the general public and created panic in that area and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having a previous case of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
