ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.23944 of 2025, dated 20.01.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and that the investigation is completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
