ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2016 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case has been registered on 19.04.2016 in Crime No.2 of 2016 for offence under Sections 417, 493, 294(b), 506(i) and 109 of I.P.C., and he has also produced copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition in the above crime number.
