Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7338 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4502 of 2019, dated 26.08.2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 26.08.2019.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
